Winter flowers and "magic" wands

These are some of the flowers that I have in the garden now: orchids, camellias and reinwardtia indica (I had to look for the name back in this post from 2011, I can never remember it!).

Reinwardtia indica

Anyway, my largest Pinterest board is now flowers, so I will add these in. I hope to have the time to post some recipes soon, I have been very busy lately...

... so in the meantime here a couple of pics of where I have been:  Just magic ehhh!

  6. Such a lovely picture of orchids! Our garden is not existent at the moment with the house renovations. But I finally have a lawn after nearly 3 years. I don't think I will ever complain about cutting the lawn ever again! Its amazing what greenery can do for the emotions. :-)

  7. My hometown! Oh I miss that windwand! What took you there? What foodie places did you check out? We love Petite Paris down by Centre City (the mall) and Espresso in an alleyway, overlooking the river and newly built yellow gazebo in the center of town :)
