This has to be the easiest soup ever: cauliflower cream. Two ingredients: cauliflower and vegetable stock (simmer the cauliflower in the stock and blend). Decorate with a drizzle of olive oil and freshly ground black pepper (if you want to make it into four ingredients!).
Vegan, low carbs, low fat, gluten free, delicious.
