If you are into foraging you will love these dandelion nuggets 💛
Pick and wash nice fat dandelions. Make a batter with eggs, breadcrumbs and a pinch of salt. Fry in oil on both sides until lightly golden, then bake in the hot oven for a few minutes until puffy and very golden.
Serve, decorated with fresh dandelion petals. If you have children they will love these! Make plenty!
